I am very happy to inform that all the six Pay Accounts Offices under my charge viz., PAO (ORs) ASC (South), Bangalore, PAO (ORs) MEG&C, Bangalore, PAO (ORs) PCTC, Bangalore, PAO (ORs) CMP, Bangalore, PAO (ORs) PRTC, Bangalore, and PAO (ORs) MLIRC, Belgaum, have successfully switched over to Monthly Payment System. I am also happy to inform that we have launched websites for each of the six Pay Accounts Offices.

3. I would request all the Commandants of the Centres, the COs/OCs of various Units to kindly disseminate the web address of these Pay Accounts Offices amongst all the PBORs.
4. The PBOR can enter the website and will be able to view his Monthly Statement of Account which has been password protected for safety and protecting personal details. We have also uploaded the Monthly Statement of Accounts of all PBORs for the month of July 2010 onto the website as well as onto the Army Intranet. These Statement of Accounts are easily downloadable in A4 size paper. For the sake of quick communication, I would request all PBORs to kindly furnish their personal e-mail ids to their respective Pay Accounts Offices.
5. There is a query/grievance page, wherein the PBOR can lodge his query or grievance. This shall be attended to as quickly as possible. Since we are at a nascent stage with regard to the Monthly Payment System on website, there would inevitably be some teething problems I would request the PBORs to kindly be patient with us. I would, nonetheless, like to assure each one of you that we would endeavour to provide our best service that shall go a long way in providing customer satisfaction to our valued Jawans.
